Dorms and facilities
at Ambleside Backpackers
In the heart of the English Lake District National Park
All our Ambleside accommodation dorms have bunk beds! We have dorms with 2, 4, 6, 7, 12 and 14 beds in, - with a total of 66 beds!
Each dorm has a carpet, bunk(s), a sink (with prehistoric plumbing - that usually delivers hot and cold water), one dorm has a chair too!!
All the dorms have fine fell views (you have to stand up for the views in the attic dorms!)
There are seperate male and female facilities on the first floor.
The hostel is often complimented as being one of the cleanest in the UK (-in the world on one!).
